Privacy & data disclosure
Summary of how personal information is handled on Lineup.dev. This is not legal advice.
What we collect
When you sign in, submit a talk, review proposals, check in to an event, or use program chat, we collect and store personal information you provide or authorize— for example your name, email address, Google profile details, speaker photos, biographies, talk abstracts, votes, comments, and ratings. That data is captured and retained to operate call-for-papers workflows, reviewer voting, and community features for each program.
We do not sell your data
Lineup.dev does not sell personal information. Data is used to run the service for organizers, reviewers, speakers, and attendees—not for third-party marketing or data brokerage.
Program owners & shared information
Each program is run by its owner and invited organizers. Proposal content, speaker details, and community posts may be visible to other participants in that program according to its roles and pages. You choose what to submit and share.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Lineup.dev platform operator and each program owner are not liable for personal or other information that users choose to share within a program, for how program organizers use information made available through the service, or for disclosures between participants on a given program.
